In September 2008 Daisy went on a cruise with the actress Liz Smith (Royle Family, Vicar of Dibley, amongst many, many others).
The idea came from Pett TV, Vic [Reeves] and Bob [Mortimer]'s production company.
The cruise toured the Adriatic, ending up in Venice, and was a wonderful chance for Daisy to spend the week talking to Liz about her life and work.They visited towns in Croatia, Slovenia and Italy and met lots of different people, cruise passengers and locals.
Daisy and Liz had a cracking time, much giggling and hardly any rows.
The film was broadcast on BBC4 in the Spring 2009.
It will be shown again on BBC2 in November 2009.
